The Farsi poem expresses the hope that a pious onlooker will pray for Mohammad Amin, the designer of this Eivan. The two central, four-leaf-clover cartouches hold the name of the designer and are shown in blue, below:
which translated means:

The meaning is that something is left of us.
(A small work without importance by the son of Mohammad Mo'men)
For I do not see existence continuing,
Unless one day a pious person would bless us,
(Mohammad Amin, a builder of Isfahan)
By praying for justice for those who suffer
